Pork Butt

My favourite cut of meat. I usually cut it into slices or cubes for stir fries. The chop size is also perfect to marinate for Chinese BBQ Pork that you can bake in a counter top oven. Very nice marbling.

Wonderful eating!

Wonderful taste and texture whether eating straight as chops or cubed for stews and sauces. Quality pork for the palette and the body!
