The beef featured in this category originates solely from Huber Farms Heritage Meats, a family-run operation specializing in traditionally raised, forage-fed Black Angus, Hereford, and Shorthorn cattle.
Our animals are raised without the use of antibiotics (for growth promotion) or hormones.
During the grazing season, they enjoy pasture access, while in the winter months, they are housed in stables and nourished with homegrown forages and grains.
