The beef showcased in this section exclusively comes from Huber Farms Heritage Meats, a family-owned business known for its traditional approach to raising cattle. They specialize in Black Angus, Hereford, and Shorthorn breeds, which are raised on a diet of forage and without antibiotics or hormones for growth enhancement. Throughout the grazing season, the cattle have access to pasture, while during winter, they are kept in stables and fed a diet consisting of homegrown forages and grains.
