TBW~Black Forest Ham Roast

My family likes to eat this as sliced cold cut in sandwiches or diced ham in pasta. I also trim out the fat for rendering and store it in the fridge for other cooking. It's natural healthy fat and adds a lot of flavour to the dishes.
