Shank Soup

I cook these in the instant pot to make beef soup for soup noodles. Use them for Viet Pho soup base or Taiwanese beef noodle soup base or Korean beef noodle soup base. Very tasty and it's one the only beef bone I use now for beef noodle soup.

We often put the shank in a slow cooker, or braise it in the oven. It goes well with a marinade and is enough for our family of three.
