Convenient and good quality

It's nice to have the option of pre-formed patties. We like to buy ethically raised, locally raised meat. These patties hold together on the barbecue and do not shrink to next nothing. The taste is great, too. The patties were plastic wrapped 6 together which makes it easy to defrost for a meal.
