Proper beef taste, full of flavour. Add only a bit of salt and perhaps pepper when cooking, nothing else. Have been buying for years from Heritage Meats. Cuts are all well marked on the package. A bargain and delicious.

I like the individual package. beef cuts are very tender and tasty. Meats are superb compare to grocery store meats. I have been buying meats from heritage meats for so many years.
